Bass guitarist, WENDY HERSH is a seasoned musician, songwriter, performer, and music educator who has lived and worked in the Los Angeles area for over 28 years. Her music career started at age 5 on piano and continued with clarinet, violin, guitar, bass guitar, and ukulele. After grad school, she toured the US playing bass in various top 40/show bands. 

Wendy currently performs on bass guitar with several classic rock and tribute bands. Her energetic stage persona and ability to go wireless into the crowd complements her technical ability on bass. She is known for climbing on tables while driving the groove of the songs. 

Wendy has taught music at several local preschools, led GLEE clubs, written and performed school assembly shows, and taught piano, bass guitar, guitar, and ukulele from her home studio.

She also performs for kids as her alter ego “WACKY WENDEE”  at malls, libraries, preschools, festivals, and private events. Her original kid’s music CD  “Animal Dance and other Silly Songs”  was nominated for several children’s music awards.
