Viva Vinson
Vocalist VIVA VINSON is an international recording artist, performer, actor, writer, and performing arts educator, renowned for her versatility across multiple genres. She seamlessly blends blues, jazz, R&B-soul, country, and pop, captivating audiences worldwide with her distinctive style.
Viva is currently co-starring in the upcoming feature film Don’t Say It, where several of her original compositions are also featured on the soundtrack. Her collaborations include working alongside notable award-winning artists, such as two-time Grammy Award winner Melissa Manchester. Viva contributed vocals to Manchester’s celebrated track, The Power of Ribbons, which supports breast cancer awareness initiatives.
In addition to her work with Manchester, Viva has collaborated with Grammy-nominated blues artist Sugaray Rayford, and Gregg Young and the 2nd Street Band. She has performed with a range of corporate and internationally acclaimed ensembles, with tours taking her to major global cities, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing, Taipei, and Kazakhstan.
Based in Los Angeles, Viva leads her own musical groups, Viva Vinson & Soul Renegade Band and Viva Jazz. Alongside her work as a session vocalist, she continues to develop her own music, including her latest soul-country single Hello Stranger. Currently, Viva is in the studio working on a new project that blends soul and country, with plans to release an EP in the near future.
